Apples are acidic - sweet and can be stored very well in a cool cellar.

Ripening instructions

Apples should be harvested when they're ripe, when they can be removed from the branch through a slight twist or have already fallen down.

Ripening indicators

When it really smells like apple it's usually ripe too. ;)

Season

We harvested them in fall, because of it's good storage property it's also available in winter.
