Don't you eat extremely one-sided?
I eat, spread over the year, hundreds of different kinds of fruits and vegetables, depending on what is in season. In my view that's much more variety than most people have in their diet. I try to keep my meals simple, so that my body can easily digest it and assimilate as much nutrients from my food as possible. But spread over the year I have a great variance.
It's also very helpful to grow fruits and vegetables yourself! ;)
