Don't you need warm food, especially in winter?
The "cold" food (actually it's not cold, it's usually at room temperature or warmer) has never been a problem for me since I'm eating "raw"... With a fruit-based diet only little digestive energy is used, so that I don't need anything warm anymore, because I immediately get "energy" from my food and only little "energy" is used for digestion. Before that I needed warm meals every day and in winter I drank tea all day... I have no desire to do this anymore. And if I want something lukewarm, I leave it a little longer in the blender.
And also ask yourself, why we all have the desire for sweet deserts after eating? Maybe because we didn't have enough easily available "fuel" (like the sugar in sweet fruits) in our meal?
