Mandoline Slicer

My trusted companion for neat slices is the Lurch Grater Vario.

  • Excellent vegetable slicer with a variety of step variations
  • Includes a smooth blade, wave blade and Julienne blades
  • Switchable vertical stripes in two different widths
  • Stepless adjustment of cutting height food holder and rubber feet for safe work
  • You can easily dice cucumbers and zucchini.

Unfortunately I haven't found it in the US so get an other good mandoline slicer!
