Radish noodles with grape - kiwi - sauce
Today I made noodles out of daikon radish and put a sweet and spicy sauce made of about 1.5 pounds of dark - blue grapes from my garden, eight kiwi fruits, six stalks of celery and half an avocado on it! It was awesome. With it I had a lot of lamb's lettuce.
If not stated otherwise then the amount of ingredients is for one meal, but this could still mean more than one serving of the pictured dish.
All fruits and vegetables have to be ripe. That's of the uttermost importance, only this way are they tasting yummy, are having all their essential nutrients in them and can be digested optimally by our body.

Do you only eat "lamb's lettuce"? Or do you switch it up with other greens like Kale or baby spinach?

I like the nutty flavor at such meals... We don't have kale here :( and I eat baby spinach every time I can lay my hands on it. :)
